Kilroot Business Park is a 60 Acre / 700,000 sq ft major Industrial Facility – One of our 20,000 sq ft Warehouse Units has been turned into Self-Storage utilising numerous columns which don’t suit big-space Tenants – Each unit has its own locked roller type garage door, or double doors. We have around 80 individual units and access is easy with a high-bay roller door allowing you to drive right into the building.
From standard 3m x 4m units with garage type roller doors up to more spacious units over 300 sq ft. No matter what size your storage need, at Kilroot we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you. Our on-site management team takes a sensible approach – we won’t tell you that you can fit a 4-bed house into a matchbox, and we won’t do the smoke and mirrors sales pitch to pressure you into a longer contract. Visit us and we’ll show you round our facility and work with you to find a solution that fits.
